By using ArabicFontCraft ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
ArabicFontCraft provides a free online Arabic calligraphy generator and design editor, including font previews, a customizable design tool, export tools, and optional user accounts with saved designs. Core generator features are free and don't require an account; account features (saving designs, export history, sharing) require a free registration.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information at signup and keep your email address current, since it's used for account verification and password recovery. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which permanently removes your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; upload malicious files or attempt to bypass upload validation; or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service beyond normal personal use.
Your content
You retain full ownership of the text, designs, and images you create or upload using the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your designs. You're solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text or images you upload as backgrounds.
Fonts and licensing
Fonts available on the Service are sourced from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Your exported designs are yours to use, including commercially, per that license's terms — see our licensing guide for details.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes affecting saved data.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. See our Disclaimer for more detail, particularly regarding the accuracy of Arabic text rendering for religious, legal, or ceremonial purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArabicFontCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of saved designs.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
